一幅以台東成功海岸為背景，另一幅部落小徑為背景的油畫，讓前來參觀的阿美族人看了為之感動，喚起許多旅居台中的花東族人，對家鄉的思念，這是阿美族畫家阿信‧沙華克的作品，現在在台中國立公共圖書館展出。 這些油畫是阿信‧沙華克的作品之一，描述的就是對台東成功家鄉的思念，但他最擅長的還是抽象的藝術創作，每個色塊與線條的組合，看似複雜卻讓人賞心悅目，也就是這樣抽象的畫作，讓他被喜歡藝術的企業家發掘，而鼓勵他能夠專心從事藝術創作，希望阿信‧沙華克的作品，讓更多人看見。 阿信‧沙華克為了繪畫的理想，放棄了百萬年薪的機械設計師工作，專心投入藝術創作，這次首度在台中開畫展，展期到5月25號，希望他的畫作能夠得到更多人的欣賞。
