Herbal Amy M.S. Ag., is a Biology Professor of Biology, agricultural educator, and regenerative agriculture practitioner with extensive experience in sustainable food production, soil biology, and adult education.

Amy founded and operated a successful hands-on teaching farm in Idaho before establishing a new teaching farm in Arizona. Her teaching farm serves as an outdoor classroom where students and community members learn sustainable gardening, composting, regenerative agriculture, Korean Natural Farming, soil biology, water conservation, small-acreage food production, and integrated livestock systems adapted to the unique challenges of Southern Arizona's high-desert climate. She specializes in regenerative agriculture for clean food production in urban and urban sprawl.
