บรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม หรือ บสย. เป็นสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจของรัฐ ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกระทรวงการคลัง จัดตั้งขึ้นตาม "พระราชบัญญัติบรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม พ.ศ. 2534" เมื่อวันที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2534 ทำหน้าที่ค้ำประกันสินเชื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการเอสเอ็มอี ที่มีหลักทรัพย์ไม่เพียงพอ หรือขาดหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน ทำให้สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนได้มากขึ้น
