Hi everybody! My name is Laura. have been going through a spiritual awakening for 4 years now. My channel is all about spirituality, the Kundalini journey and how it has led me on this journey of healing my trauma and c-ptsd. I am also an emotional release therapy practitioner & a spiritual coach whose passion is to guide people to face their hard stuff. I whole heartedly believe this leads to deep transformation. I do tons of research on how to feel and heal our pain and trapped emotional debris. I am also navigating a divine partnership and am a highly sensitive person. Documenting all of these themes is my life's passion.
