I'm Gem Maryan, E-RYT 500 and yoga therapist in training (C-IAYT). On this channel you'll find Yin yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, restorative practice, yoga nidra, meditation and chair yoga for older adults and people with limited mobility.
My teaching is rooted in anatomy, nervous system awareness and somatic research. Not yoga as performance. Yoga as a precision tool for working with real bodies, in real life.
This channel sits alongside my work at Deeside Yoga Institute, where I offer advanced teacher training in Yin, Restorative and Somatic practice, and one-to-one yoga therapy sessions.
