Real food doesn't have to be difficult to make. Let me show you how to make food that is tasty, healthy and inexpensive. Real ingredients, a little time and knowledge and you too can make real, good, food. Food is so much more than fuel - it is social, it is health-promoting, it's cultural and, it's political (!). Who are we? We are the husband (behind the camera, cracking wise) and wife duo of Rob and Laurel Bailey. We are fortunate enough to live on beautiful Bowen Island, just off the coast of Vancouver, BC. Food and travel are our loves and since the pandemic curtailed our wanderlust, we decided to use our food interest, knowledge and passion to share some simple recipes in the hopes of enticing people back into their kitchens to make real food from scratch.
