The Frederic Remington Art Museum expands and deepens appreciation and understanding of Remington’s work by engaging contemporary audiences and keeping his legacy relevant. We define the ongoing relevance of Frederic Remington’s prolific body of work and tell the story of his life, contemplations, and art-making process through engaging programs and to showcase the artwork of those who follow in his footsteps as North Country artists, including Sally James Farnham and local artists of all ages.
