My name is Olivia Ottolino and I am a certified yoga instructor. As a self-taught practitioner, I have experienced the powerful impact that yoga encourages us to embrace within our overall health and wellness. It is truly a gift to be able to share this with you through my channel in the comfort of your own homes.

My main goal is to help encourage my students to grow towards the best version of themselves. Within my classes I will guide through creating a fulfilling connection with your mind, body, and soul, through both practices of asana and pranayama - physical postures and breath-work.
