My background crosses between technical work — game development, web systems, programming — and the physical, where I've spent years studying strength, biomechanics, and real-world training applications like armwrestling.

What ties everything together is a focus on usefulness over noise. I don’t (or try not to) buy into hype, dogma, or the illusion that complexity equals intelligence. My work is about understanding how things really function — in code, in movement, in strategy — and building things that hold up under pressure.

I create content that sits at the intersection of physical performance, technical depth, and honest critique. Whether I’m breaking down biomechanics, building functional tools, or analyzing over-engineered nonsense, my goal is to deliver insight that actually helps.
