Sherin has sung songs for award winning Cine music directors Mohan Sithara and Berny ignatius. Sherin has dueted with Playback singer Biju Narayanan & Grammy award winning violinist Manoj George.

As a child, Sherin performed classical music in youth festivals and television shows (Asianet) at a competitive level winning over 100s of prizes. She won All India Radio singing contest and sang television jingles. As a medical student in Trivandrum Medical College, Sherin regularly performed on stages and was a quarter finalist in the first season of Gandharva sangeetham in 2000.
