I am an entrepreneurial researcher or research entrepreneur. Only the scholarly community gets it, they are researching these things. While I research, I share knowledge here. I believe we can all be compensated more for our efforts, if we all understood the big picture better. This way employees can be half entrepreneurs and earn much more than than traditional promotions. As the big picture is now better known, there is no need for owners to orchestrate it all themselves, thus reducing their equity share.
