We're starting the #tuckerchallenge
Everyone is stuck inside - Do not let that stop you from being active and healthy!
For every day we are out of school because of the Coronavirus you need to do:
- push ups, burpees, and wall sits (5 seconds for each day) - accumulating 1 each day
Example
Day 1 - March 14th - 1 push up, 1 burpee, 5 second wall sit
Day 2 - March 15th - 2 push ups, 2 burpees, 10 second wall sit
Day 3 - March 16th - 3 push ups, 3 burpees, 15 second wall sit
