About EXIM Bank of Thailand

ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) เป็นสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจของรัฐภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกระทรวงการคลัง จัดตั้งขึ้นตามพระราชบัญญัติธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2536 เปิดดำเนินการอย่างเป็นทางการในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2537 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการส่งออก การนำเข้า การลงทุน ทั้งนี้ เพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศ ด้วยการให้สินเชื่อ การค้ำประกัน การรับประกันความเสี่ยง และบริการอื่น ๆ อาทิ บริการสัญญาซื้อขายเงินตราต่างประเทศล่วงหน้าเพื่อปิดความเสี่ยงจากความผันผวนของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในการส่งออก/นำเข้า
