Counter Cooking

Welcome to Counter Cooking - the counterculture of cooking via the use of small and mini appliances so that cheap and/or healthy food can be prepared anywhere at any time. No kitchen? No problem. No power? No problem. The vast majority of these mini appliances use low wattage and can easily be run off of solar power banks and/or generators. Whether we are in a dorm room, hotel room, RV, camper, van, truck, car, studio apartment, or working in an office - we can be in full control of the quality and quantity of food that we eat. All of the cooking that you see on this channel can be done on a counter top. Also, the methods of cooking used with these small appliances often goes against culinary norms.
