About Video Game Music Box

Video Game Music Box is exactly what you imagine it to be; nostalgic video game music arranged solely with the music box sound.

This passion project is a creation of professional film and game composer Diwa de Leon (YouTube’s String Player Gamer) whom after moving to another country without his string instruments for months started to experiment on other video game music projects that can become a long-term endeavor. Enter Video Game Music Box.

Video Game Music Box (or VGMB) will be a lifelong project, each new album release will be dedicated to a single game title or game theme, all arranged in pure music box sound. No additional instruments.

This is perfect for relaxing to and falling asleep with. And if you are gamer parents who want to introduce your young ones to video game music early on, this will be the album series for you.

The first batch of VGMB albums is now out and includes music collections from Legend of Zelda, Mario, Undertale, Final Fantasy.

The page combines cached API data and fast refresh polling to stay responsive while still tracking changes closely. Exact public YouTube counts can lag, but the page updates far more frequently than the default channel view.

The chart appends new subscriber readings every few seconds. That gives you a rolling growth trace instead of a static count snapshot.
