The International Society of Explosives Engineers was formed in 1974 to promote the safety, security and controlled use of explosives. With more than 4,000 members from 90 countries and with 45 chapters, the society is a world leader in providing explosives technology, education, information and promoting public understanding of the benefits of explosives.
