Hello Friends

I am here to share my knowledge of yoga with you. Knowledge that I learnt from other amazing teachers, old scriptures and my own practice. Because at the end yoga is not only a theory. It is a full life practice and philosophy. You have to give an effort to practice all these knowledge so you can see the benefits and the change that is making. So here we will be practicing all aspects of yoga together. To have better connection with ourselves from our bodies to our minds. To have better connection with each other to live in harmony. To have better connection with Mother Earth and Universe. Unfortunately we will never reach somewhere. This is an endless journey of searching and understanding. On the way we will practice how to observe, accept, be aware, love and heal.
