I make music because sometimes talking isn’t enough.

I live with Severe BPD, Severe ADHD, and PTSD, and these songs are pieces of what it feels like inside my mind — the chaos, the love, the rage, the emptiness, the confusion, the heartbreak, the hope, all of it.
