Georgia Family Connection Partnership (GaFCP) is a nonprofit organization focused on improving conditions for children and families.

We believe it takes collaboration at the local, state, and national levels to improve outcomes for kids.

At the local level, we work with Georgia Family Connection collaborative organizations in 159 counties. These organizations bring together leaders from state agencies, civic groups, local businesses, and faith communities; elected officials; and concerned citizens to address the challenges in their communities. At the state level, we represent the Family Connection network to statewide and national partners who share our vision for better outcomes for kids.
