A channel about my weightloss journey, to inspire and motivate others lose weight through diet and excercise.
For me, this journey started with a massive weight loss at age 35, it completely changed my life, and how i view myself and my body, I will attempt to use this change in my life to empower other to do the same.
I don't claim to be an expert, but i will use my own experience, to express to my views what worked for me, so that maybe the same methods will work for them.
