About Kim Jong-un

Kim Jong-un (Korean: [6] 김정은), also known by other names such as Kim Jong-eun and Kim Jong-yeon[7], formerly known as Kim Jong-won or Kim Jong-won,[8] (born January 8, 1983)[9] Marshall Korean, who is the third and youngest son of former North Korean leader Kim Jong Il with his wife Ko Yong Hee.[10]

After the death of his father Kim Jong Il was announced on December 19, 2011, the news of the North Korean presidency bequeathing to Kim Jong Un was announced as the "Great Heirloom" as it came on North Korean state television. [11] He currently holds the rank of Daejang in the Korean People's Army, which is a military rank equivalent to a first-general.[12] Since late 2010, Jong Un has been seen as the presumptive heir to the nation's leadership, and is now the current leader of North Korea, reportedly secretly studying computer science in Korea.[13]
