About THE EVERLASTING GOSPELš„
In the gospel of Jesus Christ is embodied all truth for salvation mankind, and hence it is spoken of in the scriptures as being the everlasting gospel, The Everlasting Gospel is the Everlasting Life and The Everlasting Kingdom of God and Our Lord Jesus Christ.
After John sees a vision of the 144,000 redeemed ones who āfollow the Lamb wherever he goesā (Revelation 14:4), he sees three angels flying in midair. The first one āhad the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earthāto every nation, tribe, language and peopleā (verse 6). This is the only place in the Bible where the gospel is described as the āeverlasting gospelā
The word gospel refers to the good news that Jesus Christ suffered death on the cross to obtain salvation for mankind and that He rose to life again, was exalted to the right hand of God in heaven, and awaits His return in majesty to consummate Godās kingdom. The fact that this message is āeverlastingā is significant. Kingdom God is at Hand || Repent!
