Since their 2007 debut, Framing Hanley has transformed raw emotion into anthemic hard rock, amassing nearly half a billion streams, a Gold-certified cover of Lil Wayne’s Lollipop, and praise from Billboard, Kerrang!, and Loudwire.

The Nashville-based band—Kenneth Nixon (vocals, guitar), Nic Brooks (guitar), Jonathan Stoye (bass, guitar), and Matt Naff (drums)—made their mark with albums like The Moment (2007), A Promise To Burn (2010), The Sum Of Who We Are (2014), and Envy (2020). After a brief hiatus to focus on family, they returned stronger than ever, crafting a fresh sound that blends rock with electronic, R&B, and jazz influences.

Their 2025 single Mean It, produced by Richie Wicander (Fire from the Gods), exemplifies their evolution, pairing atmospheric guitars with a powerful, emotionally charged chorus.

“This band is therapy for me,” says Nixon. “We write about what we see and feel. It’s who we are.”
