Nowtopia

Nowtopia is a channel about radical sustainability and economic alternatives.

The term 'Nowtopia' is used to describe a variety of interconnected tendencies. It can apply to a new politics of work, seeking freedom outside the confines of wage labour, or the creation of liberated common space in the here and now.

The original documentary is inspired by the post-capitalist community economies approach of J.K. Gibson-Graham and the economic utopianism of the Degrowth movement. It draws from unorthodox socialist, anarchist and other radical perspectives.
