Hi Everyone,this channel is all about homecooking where I(Babi) & my two sisters Buli Babli share our passion for food.This is also an attempt to showcase Assamese cuisine, Indian Cuisine, Healthy meal, soup, salad and many more.Assamese food is not only hearty, delicious & healthy,but also simple & easy to cook.We have been collecting these recipes from our extended family & friends over the years.I was a Sous Chef at Taj Mumbai & started my career as a Chef in Hyatt Regency which gave me an opportunity to relish & cook various kinds of food from around the world.Buli has inherited authentic recipes from Ma & Grandma and Babli has a collection of North Indian home recipes from her in-laws.All recipes have their own uniqueness and taste.We want to preserve these for our children, family & friends so that they can carry them forward.We have tried to present these recipes in simple, quick & easy steps.Hope you enjoy cooking as much as we did sharing!
