When someone isn’t showing up as their best selves, it’s a reflection of the work they have yet to do. It’s not work you need to do.

I’m not running or hiding anymore. Today is the day I sit with who I am, all of who I am. I will walk through everything I wished I had done differently & let it go. I know I learned from it. I know I can’t change it. But I can forgive my self. I can let go of self judgment. I can be more than who I was. I can love who it made me.
