Siar Mäspila

Katlego Dusky Mabasa, better known by his stage name SiAR Maspila, is a South African

DJ, Record Producer, Singer, Remixer, Songwriter and Record Label Owner in the South African

music industry. He began his career around 2003 and has released Twelve albums thus far.One

of the most admired and respected artists in the industry, Mabasa became prominent after

participating in the 2015 “1s and 2 Masters of Spin Season 2 SABC 1 Competition” that was held

in Johannesburg. In December 2015, He won the "Summer Song of The Year" award at Thobela

Fm, Mabasa was born on 16 March 1988 in Pretoria Atteridgeville, South Africa. He later moved to

Mogogelo Hammanskraal, The Mamelodi-based producer and DJ has worked for some of the best

productions houses such as House Therapy, Super House Records and Two Tone Entertainment

relationships which the release of some of his very first successful attempt as a recording artist,

namely “Dj-Hu Nose Presents Themcass & Maspila, Super House Vol. 5 and more.
