I started the Untempered Podcast because I wanted a space where we can talk openly — about mental health, healing from trauma, life after toxic relationships, and the messy, beautiful process of self growth. Through sharing my own therapy journey and life experiences, I hope to create a safe space for personal storytelling, real conversations, and honest reflections. Healing isn’t easy, and growth doesn’t happen overnight, but together, through vulnerability and support, we can find our way forward.
