Born in UAE, she started exploring the fascinating world of cookery from a very young age. Since her childhood she spends time with her mother in the kitchen and her culinary pursuit was encouraged by everyone at home. Growing up, she gained expertise, knowledge and passion for not only traditional cuisine but International as well.

At present, Faji is well recognized in the UAE food world. She gets invites from restaurants to savour their cuisine and write reviews. She gets PR invites to attend the food-related events and to judge cooking and baking competitions happening across the country. Like any good recipe, success is a product of good ingredients. Passion, dedication and extensive knowledge have led her to where she is today.
