1. Relax and trust your brain.

2. Focus on getting the message, not translation.

3. Adjust the video speed. Some people get it when it is slower or faster!

4. For additional clues check on subtitles. However, I suggest you focus on watching and listening more than reading first.)

Comprehensible Input is a language learning strategy. According to Dr. Stephen Krashen, you will acquire language by understanding messages that are slightly above your current level (referred to as "(i+1)"), and the input must be super interesting personally for you.
