Ruth has been certified by the Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong in 1999 as an Aerobic Dance Fitness Instructor. She has not stopped there, but instead she was fascinated by the rhythmic dancing style of Zumba® which paved her way to become a Zumba® Fitness Instructor since 2012 by obtaining professional certifications, Zumba® Basic 1, Zumba® Rhythms 2, Zumba® Rhythms 3, Zumba® Kids + Kids Jr., Zumba® Gold, STRONG Nation™, Zumba® Toning. She has also been a guest performer at the charity event "Angels for Orphans Zumbathon" for 3 years in a row.
