About Ashley McBryde - Topic
GRAMMY, CMA and ACM award winning singer songwriter Ashley McBryde “has arrived” (CBS Sunday Morning). From playing back porches to biker bars across America’s middle to arenas and festivals around the world, the Arkansas native and Grand Ole Opry member has dedicated her life to the craft of storytelling, becoming “an artist with many things to say and a big enough voice to slice through the noise” (Rolling Stone).
Her 2018 major label debut Girl Going Nowhere charmed The New York Times, NPR, Rolling Stone, Paste and The Washington Post, earning a GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album. Follow up Never Will became one of the only albums nominated for Country Album of the Year by the ACM, CMA and the Recording Academy in the same award season.
McBryde later expanded her storytelling universe with Ashley McBryde Presents: Lindeville, earning her third consecutive GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Album. Her latest release The Devil I Know continued the critical acclaim, landing on year end best country album lists from Rolling Stone, Billboard, Slate, Paste and more.
Her current single “What If We Don’t,” the first preview of her upcoming album Wild, is spinning at country radio now. Ashley McBryde’s fifth studio album Wild arrives May 8 via Warner Records Nashville.
