Đồng Lan is a Vietnamese singer–songwriter blending indie jazz with poetry, Vietnamese traditional sounds, and experimental colors. Her music is dreamy, free-spirited, healing, and often tells intimate stories — especially those of women.
Dream: to travel the world before she dies.
Born in Hải Dương.
• 2007 – Won the French Singing Contest; toured in France; inspired to pursue music after watching La Vie en Rose in Paris.
• 2010 – Moved from Hanoi to Saigon to pursue a professional music career.
• 2019 – Studied jazz and explored French culture in Paris.
• 2022 – Studied electronic music and experienced American culture in California.
Notable Achievements:
• VOH 2011 – First Prize
• Bài Hát Việt 2012 – Two top awards (“Sợ chết”), Song of the Year nomination
• The Voice Vietnam 2012 – Semi-finalist
• Zing Award 2013 – Best New Female Artist
