About Govind Gopal Das

H.G.Govind Gopal Das was born on 24th April 1993 at Bhaikunthpur, Bihar in a traditional Vaishnav family. After birth he shifted to Mumbai. Since childhood he used to read iskcon books & in his young age he read Bhagvatam, Bhagvadgita and started practicing Krishna Consciousness with chanting "Hare Krishna" Mahamantra and was attending early morning iskcon Aratis of Lord Krishna. At present he is staying in Kushinagar UP

He has passed 12th (HSC) with commerce in Mumbai

SPIRITUAL BACKGROUND -

His first siksha guru, is H.G Gopika Mata Ji H.G. Murari Madhav Das and H.G Lal Govind Das inspired and encouraged him to give selflessly religious talks from his house. He started giving lectures and Bhagavat classes at ISKCON temple under the guidance of H.G. Murari Madhav Das.Lal Govind Das and iskcon's senior devotees

H.H. Radha Govind mahraj inspired him to deliver Bhagvat Katha around Mumbai, which was received well by listeners.
