Dr Amy Boyington: I am a historian, author and presenter with 3+ million followers on social media.

Through my publications, broadcasting work and social media platforms (@history_with_amy) I am committed to bringing history to life in an engaging and exciting way.

In January 2026, I was a Global Educator Award Finalist at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai. I was nominated for the High-Quality Content Creator of the Year at the inaugural TikTok Awards UK & Ireland 2024.

I am a regular expert contributor, having appeared in numerous documentaries including 'The Assassinations of Queen Victoria‘ (Channel 5, 2026) and 'Secrets of the Royal Traditions' (Channel 5, 2026).

My debut book 'Hidden Patrons: Woman & Architecture in Georgian Britain' (Bloomsbury, 2023) was shortlisted for the Architectural History Book of the Year (2025). My second book 'The Country House Dining Room: A History of Georgian Feasting' (Yale University Press) will be published in May 2026!
