1990年9月4日生・沖縄県出身。
2008年に「ステレオポニー」としてソニーレコードよりメジャーデビュー。
音楽番組やSUMMER SONICなど大型フェス出演、雑誌モデルなど幅広く活動。
楽曲は『BLEACH』『機動戦士ガンダム00』『ヤッターマン』『DARKER THAN BLACK』『テガミバチ REVERSE』『エウレカセブンAO』など数多くのアニメや、リプトン・HONDA等のCMに起用。
2011年には映画「天国からのエール」主題歌「ありがとう」を担当。
2012年赤坂BLITZでラストライブを行い解散。
2016年よりソロ活動を本格始動。
2018年Amazonオリジナルドラマ大谷亮平 本田翼主演ドラマ『チェイス』ED「FAKE」、
久間田琳加&吉田凜音主演映画『ヌヌ子の聖★戦』挿入歌「HEART+」を発表し、
1stアルバム「アイミライオン」を発売。
2019年、自身のレーベル「OHELLO RECORDS」を設立し20作以上をリリース。
アメリカ公演やアニメコンベンションにも参加。
楽曲は世界90か国以上で配信され、各国のJ-POPチャートで上位を記録している。

Born September 4, 1990 in Okinawa, Japan.
She debuted in 2008 as the vocalist and guitarist of STEREOPONY under Sony Music.
The band appeared on TV shows, major festivals like SUMMER SONIC, and in fashion magazines.
Their songs were featured in anime such as BLEACH, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Darker than Black, Eureka Seven AO, and in commercials for Lipton and HONDA.
In 2011, STEREOPONY released “Arigatou” as the theme for the film Yell from Heaven.
The band disbanded in 2012 after their final live at Akasaka BLITZ.
AIMI began her solo career in 2016.
She released “FAKE” for the Amazon drama Chase, “HEART+” for the film Harajuku Story,
and her first full album AIMILION in 2018.
In 2019, she founded her label OHELLO RECORDS and has since released over 20 works.
She has performed in the U.S. and at anime conventions. Her solo music is streamed in 90+ countries,
often ranking high on J-POP charts worldwide.
