how i work :

you have to connect a wire from a battery and sometimes with a load like an LED on the source and drain, but i cant work without providing a voltage to my gate. The gate is below the metal oxide. So if you apply a voltage to my gate pin, my metal oxide's electric field is generated, making an invisible path (N type line between two n types) so the current could flow through
