Riwaiti Kitchen is managed by Noreen Aamir. She had a passion for cooking and therefore studied in PITHM, Karachi, Pakistan. While studying, she was given the opportunity to participate in a Reality TV show, 'Kaun Banegi Cooking Queen' and eventually won the first season of the show. This allowed her to join Masala TV where she worked on numerous successful TV shows, one of which being Riwaiti Mithaiyan, and she quickly became the first woman to have a show on Pakistani/Indian sweets. Riwaiti Mithaiyan is still being run after 7-8 years due to public demand. Before moving to Australia, she worked in various 5-star restaurants under renowned chefs in Pakistan. In Australia, she has gained international experience by working for restaurants and cafes.

She's not only an expert in desserts and sweets, shes experienced in various international cuisines such as - Indian, Chinese, Arabic etc. You can see her presentations on this channel.
