About WTIU & WFIU - Indiana Public Media

Indiana Public Media is comprised of WTIU Public Television and WFIU Public Radio. Both stations proudly serve south central Indiana through programming that educates, entertains and inspires.

Since 1969, PBS affiliate WTIU has produced a number of award-winning news programs, documentaries and local series like Journey Indiana, Indiana Newsdesk and The Friday Zone.

WFIU launched in 1950 and now broadcasts 24 hours a day to 20 counties throughout Indiana across two channels. WFIU also produces over 15 local programs through broadcast radio and podcasts, like Nice Work, Harmonia and A Moment of Science, and many more.
