Use is allowed only if:

･The platform lets general users upload freely.

･It has a license with a copyright management organization.

Use is not allowed if:

･You are a company, organization, sole proprietor, or affiliated.

･The platform restricts general users.

･Even for individuals, if:

(1) Used in events (weddings, school, etc.)

(2) Business involvement (excluding images)

(3) Made by a third party

(4) Monetized or meets monetization criteria

Applies from Nov 1, 2025. Videos posted before then are exempt.
