Ryan H Graham

My name is Ryan Graham. If you don't know me, I was once that very quiet kid, who didn't have any reasoning in what I did. I just lived to fit in the crowd, not creating an identity for myself. When I fell in love with fitness during my first year of college, this all changed very quickly. I found my purpose in life. I created my own motivation and goals to set and achieve on my own. People came into my life that helped me along this long journey that has only just begun and it isn't ending anytime soon. This is my life and I am ready to show it to the world. How I transformed into a confident, self-made, determined individual that now knows that if he sets his mind to something, he can and will achieve it. College is over, and everything I planned in my head to do after I "enjoy" myself in college, would become a reality.

I'm not dreaming it anymore...... I am living it.
