I call myself a baker researcher because my dreams don’t fit into just one identity. It is not just a title; it’s my story… a story of passion, patience, and learning to grow in two different directions at the same time.

I find peace in the quiet rhythm of baking, while also living in a world of questions, ideas, and endless learning. Sometimes I’m lost in recipes, sometimes in research papers, but both spaces feel like home to me. One lets me create something sweet and tangible, while the other helps me grow in ways that aren’t always visible. ✨

And yes, while I work on chapters that earn degrees… I’m also writing the most important thesis of all—my life 🌸
