A few years ago, my awakening began.

I stopped living for others and finally chose myself.

At first there were waves of guilt, sorrow, and fear of standing alone.

But slowly, space opened inside me.

For the first time in 44 years, I began to feel my own feelings instead of carrying everyone else’s.

I started to listen to my inner voice and give my spirit what it needed.

I wrote poems, created art again, and cared for myself with tenderness.

It’s not always light and laughter, but it is fully mine.

And the most freeing truth: I no longer let the opinions of others shape me.

I trust my intuition now.

Water moves energy, carries memories , heals💛

My bath rituals became sacred.

I felt my energy shift. I explored new ways to connect with the water ,soon my dreams showed me what was possible.
