Rootman Ogbor is the member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly.

Ogbor (also known as Rootman for short), is a Nigerian nationalist, a humanist, a universalist, a Pan-Africanist and he believes firmly in moderation which he calls the ESSENCIST BALANCE.

He was born on 7 December, 1967 in Ijom -Abayong, Biase Local Government Area, Cross River State.

The Pan-Nigerianist is happily married with five (5) children.

Rootman Ogbor is a human rights deontologist and believes in real change. He is the author of many works and had published the following BOOKS:
