The Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One is an intermediate appellate court located in Phoenix. It has jurisdiction over cases originating in eight of the state’s fifteen counties: Apache, Coconino, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai, and Yuma.
