About Coding with Culp

Welcome to Coding with Culp, a channel all about learning to code. I will be producing videos about coding in Python, C and a variety of other languages. Most of my videos will be aimed at a beginner audience but I will produce some advanced content from time to time. I will also be doing a lot with microcontroller and single board computers and I may have some product reviews of various single board computers and STEM products.

I have been coding since the very late 1970's or early 1980's. My first programming language was BASIC on the TRS-80 my school owned. My first computer was a TI 99/4a and then a Commodore 64. I moved on from BASIC to languages such as C and FORTRAN when I entered college in the late 1980's. Currently I teach science and run a large, very active robotics club where I teach C, Python and a variety of engineering topics.

I am using this channel as a way to spread my love of coding and STEM to others. Any constructive advice is always welcomed!

FAQ

The page combines cached API data and fast refresh polling to stay responsive while still tracking changes closely. Exact public YouTube counts can lag, but the page updates far more frequently than the default channel view.

The chart appends new subscriber readings every few seconds. That gives you a rolling growth trace instead of a static count snapshot.
