Animal Refuge Kansai (ARK) is bilingual and accredited Nintei non-profit organization (NPO) based in both Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. ARK aims to rescue and rehome animals in need and build a network that seeks to unite and educate people on responsible pet ownership.
