Adrian is a young man, good looking, with a great appetite for life. He has just returned from a season of work abroad and is about to marry the girl of his dreams, the stunning Eliza. His two best friends, Stefan and Leo are like brothers to him, and he trusts them with all his heart. Everything seems perfect, as he looks at the life he has in front of him.

But things start to go suddenly and dramatically wrong when the police arrest Adrian for a murder and robbery that took place at the local casino the night before. Adrian is sentenced for a crime he did not commit, leaving his life in a mess. He quickly loses touch with his friends and fiancé as his whole world implodes, and he is left to serve a ten year sentence wondering what went wrong and who is responsible. Adrian can’t get over one thought: is it possible that such a terrible crime was planned by his two best friends and his fiancé, Eliza? And if so, why?!
