I am Siri Kuruvita(B.A,Peradeniya),a Sri Lankan born Chef living in Canada. I grew up in an ancient kingdom of Sri Lanka,where I learned about traditional recipes,culinary practices, & the art and science behind them. I also have expertise in modern cooking as a practicing Chef in Canada.

As an experienced Chef interested in traditional Sri Lankan cuisine,my main objective is to impart the wealth of my knowledge to current & future generations based on my experience, expertise ,& exploration both in Sri Lanka & Canada over the years.
