Hi, and welcome to my channel!! On this channel i will share with you a variety of quick and easy recipes, including appetizers, salads, main dishes, and desserts. I try to use less than 10 ingredients and most recipes are 30 minutes or less!

My goal is to make recipes that are easy to make as well as taste great! I will also show You how to make a selection of Cocktails to go with your dishes! I love to share my 40 years of experience. I attended Culinary School in San Diego as well as Napa Valley and became a Personal Chef as well as a Caterer.
